Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering as a referral partner.

• The £500 referral reward applies to two types of referral: (a) referring an investor who registers with KRS and completes a property purchase through us, paying the full sourcing fee; or (b) referring a motivated seller whose property is successfully purchased or sold through KRS Property Sourcing.
• For investor referrals: the referred investor must enter your referral code on the onboarding registration form at the time of signing up. Referral codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
• For seller referrals: you must provide the seller's name, contact number, and property location to KRS at the time of introduction, quoting your referral code. The reward is only payable once the purchase or sale of that property has been completed through KRS.
• The referral reward will be paid within 14 days of the transaction completing and all fees being received in full by KRS Property Sourcing.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral earns £500.
• KRS Property Sourcing reserves the right to withhold the reward if there is evidence of fraudulent, misleading, or coercive referral activity.
• Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own referral code when registering as an investor or referring your own property.
• The seller must not have been previously introduced to KRS Property Sourcing by any other means. Duplicate introductions will not qualify for the reward.
• KRS Property Sourcing reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral program at any time. Partners registered before any changes will be honoured under the terms at the time of their registration.
• Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account details provided by the referral partner upon claiming their reward.
• By registering as a referral partner, you confirm you are 18 years or older and based in the United Kingdom.
