Example: On a £200,000 property, sourcing fee would be £4,000 (2%). Your net payment: £3,800 (after £100 + £100 deductions).

The £100 registration / onboarding fee covers only one set of property requirements. If you wish to change your requirements, a new registration / onboarding along with fee will apply
Both Onboarding and deal support fees will be adjusted against final sourcing fee if you proceed
