Is the £100 refundable?

Yes! If we don't provide you with at least 3 suitable BMV properties within the first 30 days, you'll receive a full refund of your £100 registration fee.

Will I pay any other fees?

You'll pay a £100 deal support fee when you decide to proceed with a specific property, and a sourcing fee (£3,000 or 2% of purchase price) only when you successfully complete a purchase. Both the £100 onboarding fee and £100 deal support fees are deducted from the final sourcing fee.

How quickly will I receive properties?

You'll receive a minimum of 3 BMV property options within your first 30 days. After that, you have lifetime access to unlimited provision of BMV properties as they become available.
